Olympics Countdown Series

The Olympic Countdown Series is an everyday set of 10 set questions. With the Rio 2016 Olympics set to take off in 21 days, these questions cover interesting facts about the games in itself and some about the event, legends in the event, etc. In today’s quiz, it talks all about the Olympics Charter. It is a document that outlines the rules and regulations of the Olympics. It covers all aspects of the games such as the committee, emblem, anthem, rules for participation, etc. The document only covers the general set of rules and regulations. It does not cover the rules for individual games. The purpose of the document was to establish values and principles of Olympism, serve as IOC law and define the rights and obligations of the Olympic movement.
