The judiciary (also referred to as the judicial system or court system) is the system of courts that analyzes and also applies the regulation in the name of the state. The judiciary also supplies a mechanism for the resolution of disagreements. In some nations, under doctrines of separation of powers, the judiciary generally does not make law (which is the responsibility of the legislature) or impose law (which is the responsibility of the executive), however rather analyzes law and applies it to the realities of each case. In other nations, the judiciary could make law, known as Common Law, by establishing criterion for various other judges to comply with, as opposed to Statutory Law made by the legislature. The Judiciary is frequently entrusted with ensuring equal justice under law. Click here for Quoz on the Basics of Company Law
